At Les Roches Blanches, the Chef proposes a Mediterranean menu  based on local and seasonal products in a friendly and sophisticated atmosphere. His aim is to encourage simplicity, creativity and taste, not to mention well-being and the use of organic products. Local Cassidian wines can be found on the menu.
